Belgias Aalsti linnas nädalavahetusel toimunud traditsioonilisel vastlakarnevalil võis teiste hulgas näha ka Islamiriigi võitlejateks kostümeeritud pidulisi. Vastlakarneval on üritus, mis tähistab paastu algust. Aalstis toimus see 87. korda.
