Microsoft teatas neljapäeval, et avastas ja tõrjus viimastel nädalatel Vene, Hiina ja Iraaniga seotud häkkerite küberrünnakuid, mille sihtmärkideks olid USA presidendivalimiste kampaaniameeskonnad.

Microsoft ütles turvablogis, et ründajad võtsid sihikule president Donald Trumpi ja demokraatide kandidaadi Joe Bideni kampaaniameeskonnad.

Seejuures märkis ettevõte, et viimaste küberrünnakutega on seotud samad Vene häkkerid, kes 2016. aasta USA presidendivalimiste ajal võtsid sihtmärgiks demokraatide valimiskampaania.
